1)When are you the happiest?
I would have to say that it's a toss up between when I'm out running or hiking in nature, or when I'm with a really good person and just hanging out.
2)  If you could change 3 things about you, what would they be?
I would make myself skinnier, smarter, and less apt to care about what others thought.
3) If you could be an animal, what would it be and why?
I would be a horse.  If you are lucky enough to be free, I think running endlessly through fields would be amazing.
4) What made you start writing a blog?
A lot of people cast ana girls into one pot, but there are so many of us.  I wanted people to see what it was like through an athletic point of view.
5) What is your biggest fear?
Getting too fat (which...I'm kind of at the already too fat stage)
6) What are you addicted to?
Music.
7) What outfit makes you feel the most comfortable with yourself?
Baggy jeans and a hoodie.
8) What is your best memory?
Spending my 18th birthday with my crush.
9)Night in or night out?
Night in.
10) What is your perfect idea of a date?
At home cuddling on the couch and watching a really good movie.
11) what will make you happy?
Being thin.

Cinnamon and Honey: Does it work?

I'm sure that by now you have heard of the Cinnamon and Honey drink that is supposed to help you lose weight, but does it actually work?

The answer: YES

I decided to try it just to see and the results don't lie.  I lost five pounds in just one week!  I actually fell in love with the taste.  It's spicy and yet sweet, the perfect hot drink to kick back and relax with.  The benefits go way beyond just weight loss, too.  Just try it for yourself!

Boil water and add one teaspoon of cinnamon (grounded).
Stir and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Try to strain the cinnamon the best you can and then stir in one-half teaspoon of honey.

Drink half a cup in the morning on an empty stomach and the other half right before bed.
You can also enjoy it anytime you wish.  It's a great coffee/tea replacer!

Back To No Fat

WELL, I'M BACK!!

You gotta love the rush of a big city.  It's exciting and frightening all at the same time.  You can explore everything and there are so many new people.  There are just so many things to do here and eating goes.....on the back list.

So, I moved from from a really small town in Florida to big, bustling Alexandria, VA.  It's time for school :)  I've never been more excited in my life.
That being said, I had to stop writing to kind of gather myself.  What did I find?
Big cities will do one of two things to you; make you super fat or make you super skinny.
For me I find that of course it's the later of the two.  I'm currently 103lbs....why?
WELL........

MY BIG CITY EATING HABITS

  • I don't really have time for fast food or waiting in line.  There's this convenient store on my way to school where I usually stop to get a smoothie from Naked Smoothie.  They're vegan and I am now a vegan. (Details later!)
  • After School, I stop by either that same store or I'll go to walmart and get some fruit and another smoothie.

That's really all I eat.  There is this little restaurant in downtown Alexandria that really isn't all that popular (which is why I go there) and I'll get a salad and skip on the dressing.
If I drink a soda, it's going to be a ginger ale and nothing else.  All other times I just drink water and take lots of vitamins.

I'm so full of energy and life.  I'm loving it! Haha ;)

Feels so great to be back! <3

Give Dinner to Your Enemies

Seriously, just do it! lol
So, you want to know why people do not live as long as they are supposed to? It's too much food. Really, it is.  You see, now our foods are heavily processed and sprayed with chemicals. They are made up of things in which we can't even pronounce, and we have no clue what they even are. It's causing our bodies to have to make up for it. So I spend as much time away from food as possible.....Here is my super big tip to carry you through until the next post:

Keep it simple!
Don't go out and buy 100 calorie pack this and sugar free that.  Instead, get yourself a cold glass of water and add a slice of lemon in the morning. Also drink it throughout the day.
When you need to eat a little have an orange or banana, or any other type of fruit for that matter.
Trust me, your body will thank you for it.

When should you actually have a meal?
Every once in a while. I usually have mine once every 12 hours. I will have a large salad; iceberg, spinach, or both with cucumber, carrots, and a few nuts.
And of course I drink lemon water with it.

Don't fall for traps!
No six-eight small meals! Big No! You won't die or even be malnourished from not gorging yourself. If that was the case I and many other people would have been dead already.

GO RUNNING!!!!

Praise To The Small Breasted Woman!

It's so easy to loose yourself in the world of 'real women have curves'.  You just want so badly to have the best of both worlds; a tiny body and big breasts.
Don't stoop so low as to change what you were given.  You were created exactly as you were meant to be. Instead of dreaming of that fake body, dream about your own willowy body.
Run and embrace your lightness. Wear your dresses and let the fabric sway freely around you; or wear them tight and marvel at the smoothness of your body.
Women who seek attention through their cleavage are weak.  You are strong.  You draw a man in with your mind, your sharpness and wit.  He marvels at your energy. The way you move so free.
Even if he may not be vocal about it, he is watching you.
You are the essence of a woman.  You are light in more ways than one.  Embrace it!

My Doctor Visit: "You're in pristine health!"

So, occasionally I like to visit the doctor. Occasionally.
My vitals were normal, so that was good.  My reflexes were good, so now I'm doing even better.  But then I had some blood work done and the doctor said something that left me grinning from ear to ear.  He told me that my blood had almost no toxins in it and that I was in pristine health. So, I just proved it! You don't need 'extra meat' to be healthy. In fact, it's rather unhealthy but that's a subject for another day.
I'll just say that at 5'4 100lbs, I am a picture of health. hahahaha Do you want to know my secret? Read on....

I was doing some research on what humans were meant to eat and I came across the Raw food Diet. I did some research of my own because I wanted to know what the pros and cons are. Well, if you look at the Raw Vegans (who are the most serious and devoted of the Raw foodists) they are literally vibrant. Their skin, hair, and eyes are glowing. They are not carrying around 'extra meat' and they are very active because they have more energy.
They ave nothing bad to say about this diet except that it can be challenging when you're first starting out and even after. But in the end it's worth it.
So now we go to the cons.  The bad things about the diet are almost always from the viewpoint of a non-Rawfoodist. They say that you cannot get all the nutrients that you need and that it's not a healthy diet and it's a fad diet and blah blah blah.
To that I say this; every food that was meant to be eaten comes from the earth. Every food that was meant to sustain life was already here coming from the earth. Fruit, vegetables, seeds, and beans.  If you can honestly saying that kin of diet is unhealthy, you are clearly living in denial. You have a food addiction to the cooked food, almost devoid of nutrients. Ever wonder why we can eat and eat but never feel any less hungry? Our body seeks NUTRIENTS and you just can't get the nutrients from cooked food. Not gonna happen. We humans are they only ones who eat cooked food. We are also the only ones who seem to have almost no energy all the time. We're just not very well off.
The people who talk badly of this diet are also the ones who argue that organic food is no more nutritious than regular food sprayed with chemicals. hahaha well, we see where their mind is, don't we? The nutrition isn't even the point. The point is that what's going into our bodies is filled with chemicals, chemical that cause disease and premature ageing.
Well, I saved myself from the vicious food cycle of constantly eating and then eating pointless junk.
I hope you can jump on too!

Remember: You don't need food all the time!
